You’re stressed. We’re all stressed. It seems that stress is common nowadays.
The Signs of Stress
Much of the time we manage to cope with stress at work and in our personal lives. But stress has an insidious way of creeping up on us.
So, learn to read the signs of stress. Know the stress symptoms — particularly the physical signs of stress. Look out for:
- eye lid twitching,
- indigestion and stomach aches,
- aches and pains, and
When you notice these stress symptoms, it’s time to take action … quickly.
Sometimes you need me time.

Work-life balance is about setting the right priorities for work — career and ambition — and lifestyle — leisure, health, family, friends.
Get the balance wrong and your health and well-being will undoubtedly suffer.
So, here’s a quick fix: be selfish.
Do something for you. Take a break. Go to a museum, art gallery or country park. Spend time with the kids. Go for a run. Whatever you like. Life balance is a personal thing.
