Welcome to Leadership Thoughts — a personal blog to help leadership teams reach their full potential.
My name is Martin Webster and I solve problems. I’m also an engineer, IT professional, introvert, occasional artist, people leader, and geek.
Why Leadership Thoughts?
This site is dedicated to helping leaders learn the skills of leading, share their own experiences and promote leadership development. I started Leadership Thoughts in November 2012 because I wanted to share what I am learning about leadership every day.
I have spent much of my professional life working with teams and reckon businesses often fail to get extraordinary results because they forget how important it is for people to work together.
My goal for Leadership Thoughts is to help you better appreciate the leadership capabilities you must learn and put into practice to create a high performing team.
